IRFU/ITA Touch Rugby Coach Course (Ulster)

Touch Rugby is an exciting and inclusive game,  played by teams of six players, that promotes the fundamental skills of running, passing, catching, evasion, and support play.

Played by participants of all ages and genders, Touch Rugby develops basic attack and defence skills in a minimal contact environment. Touch Rugby is also played in mixed-gender formats as well as men’s and women’s teams.

This free course combines both online modules and practical workshops and is aimed at increasing your knowledge and understanding of this great fun game under the headings of: 

"How to Play Touch Rugby" (online)

"How to Coach Touch Rugby" (online and practical)

"How to Referee Touch Rugby" (online and practical)

Learners can complete the online module(s) of most interest to them and information on dates of provincial practical workshops will be issued via email in due course.
