Disability Awareness
This course aims to raise the awareness and understanding of volunteers and coaches in the area of disability and to increase the ability to make coaching sessions more inclusive for all involved.
The information in this online course will be further explored through a practical pitch session which may be organised with the IRFU Disability & Inclusion Officer David McKay (david.mckay@irfu.ie), and completing the practical session will add the IRFU Disability Aware Award certificate to your awards, accessible under the 'My Gainline' tab at the top of the course page.
