Course Attendance, Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you purchase a coaching course, your place is reserved for the scheduled date and time. Attendance is the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation Notice Required

If you are unable to attend, you must notify the Course Director or your Provincial Branch at least 24 hours before the course start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will result in the loss of course fees.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the course without providing the required notice, you do not qualify for a refund.
