If you experience a declined or failed payment when trying to register for any IRFU course, rest assured that no money has been taken from your account and please try another card and/or contact your bank directly. Such payment issues may not be resolved by the IRFU or Provincial Branch and must be dealt with by the purchaser and their bank.
